Each diamond is certified by IGI or GIA.

Typically, you will receive the original certificate with your diamond, except for GIA diamonds in the 0.15 to 2.99 carat range certified after 1 January 2023. However, diamonds certified before this date will still have a physical certificate. This change solely affects GIA certified diamonds. The diamond is packaged with a GIA sticker featuring a QR code that allows for digital certificate retrieval and verification of details. We operate exclusively online. A physical storefront is not part of our business model.

Our position as the premier retail diamond dealer is upheld by our commitment to the lowest prices in the world without resorting to sales or discounts.

The origin of the diamond and its source, whether domestic or international, determine the delivery time. Our shipping policy is 5-10 business days, but typically customers receive their diamond within 1.5 weeks of purchase.

We currently use UPS for all domestic shipments.

You will receive a tracking number when it leaves our facility after the diamond has been imported and cleared customs.

The majority of the shipping time is a result of customs processing which cannot be expedited. Last mile delivery may be expedited, but it typically only reduces delivery time by 1-2 business days.

We offer shipping to most countries. If you are able to enter your address during checkout we ship to your country.

A signature is not mandatory by default. You have the option to include a signature requirement during checkout for added security. We may request a signature at our discretion for high-risk orders.

In the event that your package is lost in transit, meaning it was never marked as delivered, a refund for your order will be issued.

USA customers will not owe anything on receipt. The cost of tariffs (which we pay) are baked into the price.

International customers may owe a small amount of duties upon receipt depending on the trade agreements of the countries they reside in with the USA.

We offer a 30-day return window on all loose diamonds. You have 30 days from the date you receive your diamond to postmark a return.

Each customer is eligible for one free return every 90 days. Any additional returns within that 90-day period will incur a $50 restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

We'll offer a USPS priority mail shipping label for you to print at no cost. If you opt for a different carrier, you'll need to cover the shipping expenses.
